Jessica Hicks, MPH
Jessica was born and raised here in Nebraska. She holds a BS in Nutrition from WSC and a Masters in Public Health from UNMC. Before stepping into the CPHO role, she worked at East Central as the WIC Director.
Jessica’s main mission is to build impactful and engaging relationships with community members and organizations, support the growth and modernization of our public health services, and lead a team dedicated to helping our four counties live long and healthy lives.
In her free time, she enjoys visiting state parks with her golden retriever, sewing, and trying new recipes.
