The Nebraska Dept. of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, is working with the Nebraska Pharmacists Association to help address drug shortages during medical surges.
A statewide dashboard is being created with voluntary reporting requested.
- If you are a PHARMACIST, and would like to participate in the dashboard, please email Andrew.Delicata@nebraska.gov with your pharmacy name, address, and phone number (for the dashboard), and you will be sent a permanent link and QR code for the survey.
