Samantha Higgins
Samantha is a graduate of Bellevue University, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management. Samantha has plans to return to school in the spring to begin working on her Master of Science degree in Emergency Preparedness in Public Health. Samantha has spent over a decade in the emergency response field, including nine years as a 911 dispatcher. She has a passion for helping others and her community.
In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her two children and her dog. Samantha enjoys reading, hiking, and learning about history.
