Whenever possible, East Central District Coordinators and Directors spend time out in the communities of our four county service area. We speak to various groups, chair and attend meetings, go to workshops, and make presentations. We look forward to seeing, and working with you, soon!

Hope Rising looks at how having hope raises mental health and overall wellbeing. During this class, self testing will be conducted on past trauma and hope index to see where you currently rate and how to improve your wellbeing.
