What if my PIN doesn't work or I forgot my PIN?

If you forgot your PIN or you need to change it, call (844) 386-3151.
You may also call your WIC clinic during business hours if you need to unlock your PIN.

If you enter the wrong PIN four times in a row your PIN will be locked until midnight.
