Good Neighbor Fremont will open September 1st, 2015.

The clinic will use space  located in

Three Rivers Public Health Department

at 2400 N. Lincoln Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

  • Clinic Nursing Supervisor

    This full time position requires a RN would prefer a BSN, must have at minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.  Job duties include supervising clinic staff, providing leadership and guidance to staff, day to day problem solving, and program reports.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain professional working relationships with patients, employees, physicians and co-workers.
  • Medical Health Assistant

    This person will assist in care of patients under the direction of a nurse/provider, interviews patients, measures vital signs and records information in patient charts.  They prepare rooms for examination of patients; clean rooms after patients leave and prepare for the next patient visit.  Previous medical office experience, CNA or Medical Assistant certification preferred.  High School diploma or GED equivalent is required. Bilingual skills a plus.

  • LPN Clinic Nurse

    Requires a working knowledge of medical office practice and computer skills, ability to communicate with clients, providers and support services while multi-tasking in an efficient and organized manner.  Requires license as an LPN in the state of Nebraska. Preference given for 1-2 years experience in outpatient medical clinic, however would waive for bilingual candidate.
  • Customer Service Representative

    Two full-time CSR candidates. Successful candidate will greet patients; answer multi-line incoming phone calls, schedule appointments for nursing and provider staff.  Data entry patient demographic information into computer program. Verify insurance benefits, assess patient income, for sliding fee determination, and complete registration process for patient enrollment.   Basic computer skills preferred.  Additional qualities include:  detail orientated with attention to accuracy, self-motivated and commitment to the job responsibilities, friendly and professional customer service skills, cash box and receipt management/reconciliation. Bilingual skills a plus.
